Rosemary Nyakikongoro is a Ugandan politician currently serving as the Women's Representative for Sheema District in the eleventh Parliament of Uganda. She previously served in the ninth Parliament from 2011 to 2016, initially as an independent candidate before joining the National Resistance Movement. A former women's activist with the Forum for Women in Democracy, she also held a position on the Judicial Service Commission. She holds a bachelor's degree in social sciences and a master's degree in demography from Makerere University.
