Russ Ingalls

Russ Ingalls is an American politician serving as a member of the Vermont Senate, representing the Essex district since 2021. Born in 1964 in Japan, he spent his early life traveling with his father, who served in the U.S. Navy. Before his election to the state legislature, he served on the Irasburg Board of Selectmen.
