Saad bin Khalid Al Jabri

Saad bin Khalid Al Jabri is a former Saudi major-general and minister of state who served as a key intelligence adviser to the former Crown Prince Muhammad bin Nayef. A specialist in counter-terrorism and security, he played a significant role in modernizing Saudi security services and fostering cooperation with Western intelligence agencies, including the Five Eyes alliance. Since his dismissal from government in 2015 and subsequent departure from Saudi Arabia in 2017, he has lived in exile in Canada. He has faced multiple allegations of corruption from the Saudi government, which he characterizes as politically motivated, and has reported ongoing threats to his safety and the detention of his family members in Saudi Arabia.
