Salim bin Nasir bin Said Al Aufi

Salim bin Nasir bin Said Al Aufi is an Omani politician currently serving as the Minister of Energy and Minerals, a position he has held since June 2022. Before his ministerial appointment, he served as the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Minerals and previously as the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil and Gas. His extensive career in the energy sector includes long-term service at Petroleum Development Oman, where he currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Additionally, he previously held the role of CEO of the Public Authority for Civil Aviation.
