Sam Oosterhoff

Sam Oosterhoff is a Canadian politician serving as the Member of Provincial Parliament for Niagara West and as the Associate Minister of Energy-Intensive Industries. First elected in a 2016 by-election at the age of 19, he became the youngest MPP in Ontario history. A member of the Progressive Conservative Party, Oosterhoff is known for his social conservative views, including his opposition to abortion and same-sex marriage. Prior to his legislative career, he worked as a legislative assistant and policy analyst on Parliament Hill in Ottawa.
