Sandra Pupatello

Sandra Pupatello is a Canadian politician currently serving as a member of the Senate of Canada, where she was appointed chair of the Government Representative's Office in 2025. Previously, she served as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1995 to 2011, holding several cabinet positions in the government of Dalton McGuinty, including Minister of Community and Social Services, Minister of Education, and Minister of Economic Development and Trade. Throughout her career, she has been a prominent figure in the Liberal Party, having run for the leadership of the Ontario Liberal Party in 2013 and serving as the chair of Hydro One.
