福岡誠志

Satoshi Fukuoka is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Miyoshi in Hiroshima Prefecture. Born in 1975, he began his career at Wakunaga Pharmaceutical before entering local politics. He served five terms as a member of the Miyoshi City Council, where he held various leadership roles including vice-chair and committee chair. In 2019, he was elected as the Mayor of Miyoshi with the support of the Liberal Democratic Party, and he was re-elected unopposed in 2023. Beyond his political duties, he has also served as a special visiting professor at Hiroshima Shudo University.
