佐藤聡

Satoshi Sato is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Tsuruoka, Yamagata Prefecture, having assumed office in October 2025. A native of Tsuruoka, he previously worked for Japan Airlines before entering local politics. He served three terms as a Tsuruoka City Council member and two terms as a member of the Yamagata Prefectural Assembly. His policy platform focuses on child development, urban revitalization, industrial competitiveness, and the eradication of harassment in municipal administration.
