Scott Bedke is an American politician currently serving as the 44th Lieutenant Governor of Idaho, a position he has held since 2023. Prior to his current role, he served as a member of the Idaho House of Representatives for the 27A district and held the position of Speaker of the Idaho House of Representatives from 2012 to 2022. A member of the Republican Party, Bedke also served as the president of the National Conference of State Legislatures from 2022 to 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Brigham Young University.
