Scott Chew

Scott Chew is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 68. Born in the Uintah Basin area of Utah, he attended Utah State University and has built a career as an owner and operator of the Chew Ranch and Chew Livestock Family Co-op. Before his legislative career, he held various leadership roles in agricultural and conservation organizations, including serving as chairman of the Uintah Basin Conservation District and as a board member for the Utah Farm Bureau. In the legislature, he has focused on natural resources, agriculture, and energy policy, sponsoring legislation related to air quality research and tax amendments.
