Sevan Sıvacıoğlu is a Turkish physician and politician currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly for Istanbul's 2nd electoral district. Born in Istanbul in 1976, he graduated from Istanbul University's Faculty of Medicine in 1999. Before entering politics, he had a distinguished medical career, working at the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine and the Yedikule Surp Pırgiç Armenian Hospital. In 2021, he was elected to the Central Decision and Administrative Board of the Justice and Development Party (AK Party). He was elected to parliament in the 2023 general elections and serves on the Committee on Health, Family, Labor and Social Affairs.
