Simon Mulongo

Simon Mulongo is a Ugandan financial advisor, security consultant, and politician who served as a member of the 9th Parliament representing Bubulo County East and as a delegate to the Constituent Assembly that promulgated the 1995 Constitution. He built a diverse professional career as a resident district commissioner, policy analyst in the Office of the President, and director of the Eastern Africa Standby Force Coordination Mechanism before entering elective politics on the National Resistance Movement ticket.
