Simone Strohmayr

Simone Strohmayr is a German politician and member of the Landtag of Bavaria, representing the Social Democratic Party (SPD). Born in 1967 in Augsburg, she holds a doctorate in law and has worked as a lawyer and corporate counsel. Since her first election to the Bavarian state parliament in 2003, she has focused on family and education policy, serving as the family policy spokesperson for the SPD parliamentary group and as a member of the Bavarian Children's Commission. In 2025, she was awarded the Bavarian Order of Merit for her public service.
