Arumugam Sinnaththurai Thurairajah Raviharan is a Sri Lankan Tamil politician who served as a member of the Northern Provincial Council. He was elected to the council in the 2013 provincial council election representing the Mullaitivu District as a candidate for the Tamil National Alliance. Following his election, he was appointed to assist the Minister of Fisheries, Transport, Trade and Rural Development with a focus on fisheries-related matters. He took his oath of office in October 2013 before Chief Minister C. V. Vigneswaran in Colombo.
