笠井 辰生

Tatsuo Kasai is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Yamanashi Prefectural Assembly, representing the Nishiyatsushiro and Minamikoma district. Before his election to the prefectural assembly in 2022, he served as a member of the Ichikawamisato Town Council. A graduate of the Tokyo University of Science, Kasai has a background in the private sector as a representative of a calligraphy supply company. He is an independent politician who emphasizes practical policy solutions, regional revitalization in the Fujikawa river basin, and the promotion of inclusive social welfare and education.
