Toshiyuki Iizuka is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Izumo in Shimane Prefecture. Born in 1965, he graduated from Meiji University and previously served as the president of the Shimane block council of the Junior Chamber International Japan, as well as the representative director of Iizuka Toyoichi Shoten. He began his political career as a member of the Izumo City Council, serving three terms starting in 2009. In 2021, he was elected Mayor of Izumo with the support of the Liberal Democratic Party and Komeito, and he was re-elected unopposed in 2025.
