Tseng Chih-yung, also known by his Paiwan name Ljaucu Zingrur, is a Taiwanese politician currently serving as the Minister of the Council of Indigenous Peoples. Born in 1962, he is of Paiwan descent and holds a law degree from National Taiwan University. Throughout his career, he has held various administrative roles within the Pingtung County Government, including serving as the head of the Department of Indigenous Peoples. He has also contributed to the Indigenous Historical Justice and Transitional Justice Committee and was appointed to his current ministerial position in April 2024.
