蓬萊務

Tsutomu Horai is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Ono City in Hyogo Prefecture. Born in 1946, he graduated from Kansai University and worked in the private sector at Kanai Heavy Industries and Tokusen Industry before entering politics. He was first elected mayor in 1999 following the resignation of his predecessor and has since secured seven consecutive terms in office. Throughout his tenure, he has held various leadership roles in regional organizations, including the Hyogo Prefecture Mayors Association.
