Udaykumar Nagaraju, Baron Nagaraju, is a British Labour politician and life peer who has served in the House of Lords since January 2026. Born in Telangana, India, he is a technology and artificial intelligence consultant by profession and the founder of AI Policy Labs, an organization dedicated to AI governance and public policy. Before his elevation to the peerage, he was active in local and national politics, having stood as a Labour candidate in the 2022 Hounslow local elections and as a parliamentary candidate for North Bedfordshire in the 2024 United Kingdom general election.
