Upali Pannilage is a Sri Lankan politician currently serving as the Minister of Rural Development, Social Security and Community Empowerment. He was appointed as a Member of Parliament through the National List following the 2024 Sri Lankan parliamentary election. As a representative of the National People's Power, he holds a key position in the government's efforts to address rural development and social welfare initiatives across the country.
