Wayne Long

Wayne Long is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the Arkansas House of Representatives for the 39th district. He assumed office on January 9, 2023, after defeating his opponents in the 2022 election. Before his tenure in the state legislature, Long served as a justice of the peace in Jackson County. During his time in office, he has focused on legislative initiatives including the E-Verify Requirement Act, which mandates the use of E-Verify for state employment eligibility.
