Xosé Antonio Sánchez Bugallo

Xosé Antonio Sánchez Bugallo is a Spanish politician and member of the Socialists' Party of Galicia (PSdeG-PSOE). He served as the Mayor of Santiago de Compostela for multiple terms between 1998 and 2011, and again from 2019 to 2023. Throughout his extensive career, he has held various municipal and regional roles, including serving as a deputy in the Parliament of Galicia and as a member of the Provincial Council of A Coruña. Since 2023, he has served as a member of the Senate of Spain.
