Yosuke Suzuki is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Yotsukaido in Chiba Prefecture. Born in Yotsukaido, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Keio University. Before entering politics, he worked at the Chiba Bank and later served as a secretary to a member of the National Diet. Suzuki began his political career as a member of the Yotsukaido City Council in 2012, followed by two terms in the Chiba Prefectural Assembly. He was first elected as Mayor of Yotsukaido in 2022 after defeating the incumbent, and he continues to serve in this capacity.
