江藤義行

Yoshiyuki Eto is a Japanese politician and businessman currently serving as the Mayor of Okawa City in Fukuoka Prefecture. Born in Okawa in 1947, he graduated from Kyushu University and spent decades in the private sector, notably leading a local lumber company as its representative director from 1991 until 2019. Eto entered politics following his opposition to a municipal industrial and tourism development project known as 'Okawa no Eki.' In September 2024, he successfully ran for mayor, defeating the incumbent candidate to secure his first term in office.
