Zhivko Todorov is a Bulgarian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Stara Zagora, a position he has held since 2011. Born in Stara Zagora in 1981, he graduated from the Romain Roland High School and later specialized in European Studies at the St. Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia. Prior to his mayoral career, he worked as an expert in EU project management for the local municipal council and district administration. A prominent member of the GERB party, he has been re-elected multiple times, securing his third consecutive term in 2019.
