Francis Mwijukye

Francis Mwijukye is a Ugandan politician who served as a Member of Parliament representing Buhweju County. A prominent member of the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC), he was elected to the Parliament of Uganda in 2017 and later served as a parliamentary commissioner. Throughout his tenure, he was known for his vocal opposition to government policies, including salary disparities for teachers, and for his role in the shadow cabinet as a Minister for Trade and Industry. He left office after losing his seat in the 2026 general elections.
