Karubanga Jacob Atenyi is a Ugandan politician currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Kibanda South County. Born on October 15, 1963, in Kiryandongo District, he previously held local government roles, including serving as the first mayor of Kigumba Town Council and as speaker of the Masindi District Council. Beyond his legislative duties, he is an educator and consultant who has been an adjunct lecturer at Bugema University since 2013.
